OUR PHILOSOPHY

Alice Muir Training believes that stress of any sort is bad for the individual and bad for the organisation in which it exists. It creates short and long term ill health and misery for the sufferer and his or her family. For the business or organisation it produces low morale, reduced efficiency, absenteeism and early retirement. Stress levels can be reduced using straightforward techniques. Reducing stress levels can have a major impact on the health and well being of the individual and the organisation.

We have a commitment to reduce both individual and institutional stress levels.
